This will help us provide higher-value insights and solutions to our clients, and enhance how we work with each other to protect the capital markets.
Lakehouse welcomes up to 800 KPMG partners and professionals each week, and will lead more than one million hours of in-person, professional development throughout the first year of operation.
KPMG SOCIAL CAMPAIGN
OBJECTIVE
Think creatively about how to maintain a positive tone promoting the education space and how to integrate this into an employee engagement strategy during these unprecedented times. This gives their followers and employees a way to give back to their communities since they cannot physically volunteer.

PRODUCT
Create the KPMG Community Impact #LearnFromHome campaign to celebrate learning and wellness from home. The campaign activates both KPMG employees and sports ambassadors as influencers. KPMG and special guests explore 4 areas: literacy, teacher appreciation, health and wellness, and volunteerism. At the beginning of each week KPMG’s Literacy Champion and Learning Ambassador, Laurie Hernandez, announces the week’s theme and asking her followers to participate in a prompt by commenting on the post or posting a story. Throughout the week, animated KPMG employee responses will answer the prompt and along with special guests, like Phil Mickelson and Stacy Lewis providing their own personal responses.
